We are looking for FT Crisis Support Associates for our center and community-based residential program who are flexible in spirit, have a positive attitude, and are capable of supporting people with significant behavioral challenges. What Can I Expect as a Crisis Support Associate (CSA)? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Beacon, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges. Your role will be instrumental in helping residents live independently, achieve personal goals, and improve their quality of life.
