About this role The Digital Technology Business Partner is the liaison between Technology and business. This impactful role will see you collaborate with leadership in driving digital technology capabilities through innovation and exceeding customer expectations for our North America Parts business. The Digital Partner has significant knowledge in subject matters pertaining to both Technology and business. He/she is responsible for understanding the business, identifying their needs and envisaging business solutions. The Digital Partner will assist in the prioritization of projects; ensure that projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment, and direct DT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Liaison: Act as the bridge between Technology and business, possessing significant knowledge in both areas. Understand the business, identify needs, and envision business solutions.You must understand the parts business of Carrier and the technology solutions and where they meet.
