At Sigma, our GTM stack is our product's first and most important proving ground. The Director, GTM Architect is the lead architect of our revenue engine — responsible for the technical design, integration logic, and data integrity of the entire GTM ecosystem. This is not a traditional ops role. We're looking for a builder-first leader: someone who views the tech stack not as a collection of apps, but as a scalable, automated platform for growth. Reporting directly to our VP of Revenue Operations, you'll define the architectural strategy for how Sigma goes to market — owning the technical vision and translating it into the systems, integrations, and automation that power every stage of our revenue motion. What You'll Own: GTM System Architecture - Design and maintain the end-to-end architecture of the GTM stack (Sigma, Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, LeanData, Zoominfo, and others), ensuring systems are extensible, resilient, and aligned to revenue strategy. - Architect signal-based lead and account routing, territory management, and opportunity orchestration — ensuring the right signals reach the right reps at the right time. - Partner with Data Engineering to build internal, Sigma-po...
