JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President-level Chief of Staff to support the Managing Director (MD) of Operations, Activation & Transformation (OAT). The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and operational backbone to the MD, connecting workstreams, enabling leadership, and driving the rhythm of the business. This is an individual contributor role based in New York that requires exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Responsibilities: Strategy & Substance: The Chief of Staff will build and maintain a deep understanding of OAT's workstreams and how they connect. The role goes beyond coordination: owning the substance of deliverables, ensuring materials are well-positioned and stakeholder-ready, and representing OAT initiatives to leadership with confidence and full context. Communication & Leadership Enablement: The Chief of Staff will ensure the MD and leadership team are always prepared, not just informed.
