About the role: Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst focused on Sourcing to lay the foundation for software development and solution designs for our digital sourcing products. Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, you will be a key point of contact to advise and support internal customers in formulating and concretizing their requirements and the creation of digitally enabled sourcing solutions. You will be responsible for defining and executing strategies that enhance our digital sourcing capabilities, optimizing procurement processes, and driving cost efficiencies through data-driven insights. You will work closely with sourcing teams, technology partners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful digital sourcing solutions that align with our strategic goals.
