Description Based in New York but ready for something more stable? Join a long-term transportation inspection program with PennDOT District 3. Fisher Associates is seeking Construction Inspectors, Engineering Technicians, and Construction Management Team Members to support transportation and civil construction projects through project management, inspection, and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: - Perform field inspections to ensure construction aligns with plans, specifications, and applicable standards - Collect materials samples (soil, concrete, asphalt) and document testing results - Monitor construction quality, progress, and workmanship - Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and photo documentation - Identify and communicate non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions - Ensure compliance with PennDOT, NYSDOT, local, and federal requirements - Observe, document, and report jobsite safety concerns Requirements: - B.S. in Engineering, Science, Environmental or related field preferred - Experience in construction inspection, civil en...
