Update and maintain the ROD RMS database. Work with the department to maintain and update data for use by the public and other land records departments. Maintain and Update Data in RMS Utilize RMS, GIS, Aumentum, Nexus Payment Systems, and Other Programs Assist the Public by Phone and In-Office - Process documents pertaining to land records that meet statutory requirements - Review previously indexed and verified documents for errors and correct as needed - Work with department to ensure data entered into RMS is accurate - Communicate with other land records offices when document processing is completed - Export data to other Land Record Departments - Record and retrieve DD214 military service records upon request - Utilize GIS we...
