Job description

The Food Truck Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of Cleveland Metroparks mobile food vehicle that prepares and serves food and beverages. Essential Functions: - Regular and predictable attendance is expected and required. All Cleveland Metroparks employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required. - Oversees the food truck operation including pre-shift food prep, assists in preparing and serving food and beverages, helps run food preparation lines, and takes customer orders. - Effectively supervises assigned employees through planning, organizing and prioritizing work assignments. - Trains personnel in techniques, procedures and policies. - Provides outstanding customer service to all customers and the general public. - Operates a point of sale (POS) system and accounts for daily sales while following cash control procedures. - Sells and serves alcoholic beverages according to Ohio Department of Liquor Control regulations/standards. - Follows all health and safety requirements of the Cuyahoga County Health Department and state regulations. - Ensures the serving area (i.e., restaurant, bar area, and kitch...
