Location: Dallas,Texas,United States About You Feels Like Home hospitality (FLHO) is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead all accounting functions across the FLHO portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financials, improving accounting processes, and ensuring timely, reliable reporting to support decision-making. This role will work closely with ownership and operational leadership, helping FLHO stay organized as we scale while maintaining strong financial discipline across multiple concepts. Key Responsibilities - Oversee all accounting operations across entities, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and cash management - Manage weekly and monthly close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting - Prepare, review and analyze P&Ls, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement - Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting procedures - Ensure all invoices are properly captured, coded, and processed in a timely manner (in coordination with operations teams) - Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions - Serve as primary contac...
