As a member of the customer-facing team, you will provide premier service to assigned accounts through proactive order management from receipt to delivery. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and teams to ensure best-in-class results and customer satisfaction. How will you create impact?: Manage customer orders within 48 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key customer dates (e.g., RAD, MABD). Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and proactive manner. Utilize SAP and third-party systems to navigate and research order execution and data.
