Job description
Provide executive leaders with strategic advice, counsel, and recruitment strategy planning to ensure the timely and effective recruiting of qualified executive and senior level leadership candidates. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening through complex offer negotiations through onboarding. May also manage third party search firms for certain roles. Required Education and Experience: B.A. or B.S. degree in Marketing, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience Minimum six (6) years recruitment experience with supporting executive leaders with full-cycle support Three (3) plus years’ experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies (leadership, executive, clinical specialty) ATS proficiency and experience with HRMS software (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle) Required Credentials: N/A.
