Job Description Main Responsibilities: Compliance: - You will work closely with the EHS CoE to co-ordinate the deployment of ADM’s safety, health and environmental strategy across the location with the aim of zero injuries or incidents. - You will work closely with location management on Employee Training / Competence / Skills to identify needs and progress and develop individuals with a learning pathway across multi disciplines. - You will maintain, improve and deliver training programs for existing and new employees and also contractors, that increase their awareness and drive a behavioral based safety culture in order to support ADM’s strategy. - You will work closely with all Departments, providing a hands-on approach to ensure programs are implemented, maintained and reviewed to ensure compliance with regulatory and ADM standards. - You will ensure we are effectively managing risk with particular focus on Total Process Safety eg DSEAR and Fire compliance and on ADM’s Life Critical Standards eg permit to work systems. - You will assist Operations by coordinating the creation, review and training of Risk Assessments and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and also Equipment Specifi...
