We are looking for a motivated Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics CRM (m/f/d) to play a key role in our newly established Digital Center in Madrid. In this role, you will own and shape the global Microsoft Dynamics CRM template of Liebherr’s global S/4HANA template for our Sales and Service companies (“Mixed Sales Companies”). You will drive the design of standardized, scalable, and customer-centric CRM solutions, promoting global harmonization, best practices, and a template-first approach across entities. You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on how Liebherr engages with customers globally.
