This position involves evaluating and treating behavioral emergencies and substance intoxication and withdrawal in the emergency department alongside a team of behavioral health evaluators, nurses, emergency medicine physicians, APPs, residents, and medical students. This position will be hired at between 20 and 40 hours per week (.5 to 1.0 FTE), depending on need at time of hire. The APP is responsible for collaborating with other emergency department faculty, staff and other CDU2 psychiatrists and APPs.
