Payroll Specialist Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid): We exist to transform our customers and change lives Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role is responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with all applicable payroll regulations in the United States and other international locations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical payroll expertise, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Payroll Processing & Administration - Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multi-state U.S. employees using the UKG payroll platform. - Coordinate international payroll processing through global payroll partners. - Manage all payroll activities including off-cycle payments, bonuses, commissions, adjustments, and final pay. - Accurately calculate wages, overtime, variable compensation, and payroll deductions - Maintain employee payroll records including time tracking, PTO balances, and leave activity. - Partner with Benefits counterpart to...
