Position Summary: The Director of Operations provides leadership, oversight and general administration of the Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center and will ensure the smooth functioning of the center to accomplish it’s goals. Essential Responsibilities: Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education/Experience: - Work with the leadership team as direct reports on behalf of the Senior Kroc Officer to develop and maintain overall strategies, priorities, and direction. - Responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operational activities. - Provide oversight and direction to the Center’s directors and managers as to their responsibilities concerning programming, related marketing efforts, and human resources requirements and staffing needs. - Ensure routine matters are handled at the appropriate level, troubleshooting and problem-solving issues to satisfactory resolution, and informing supervisors. - Create an environment of continuous improvement, working with directors and managers to meet program, staffing and budget objectives. - Ensure implementation of all risk management and emergency procedures. - Responsible for conducting facility...
