Job DetailsJob Location: San Jose Campus - Jacksonville, FL 32217Job Category: CoachingHead Girls SoccerCoach Reports to: Athletic Director Department: Athletics Status: Seasonal, Stipend Position Summary: The Head Girls Soccer Coach is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the soccer program in keeping with The Bolles School’s mission and athletic philosophy. The coach provides guidance and support to student-athletes, focusing on skill development, teamwork, personal growth, and sportsmanship while maintaining a safe, positive, and competitive environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the soccer program at all levels, including varsity, junior varsity, and middle school when applicable. - Plan and conduct effective practices that emphasize skill development, conditioning, and game preparation. - Model and promote the values of integrity, respect, and sportsmanship. - Manage all aspects of game preparation including scheduling, scouting, and game strategy. - Collaborate with the Athletic Director to recruit, hire, and mentor assistant coaches. - Ensure that all team activities follow School, conference, and FHSAA regulations. - Monitor student-athlet...
