Job DetailsJob Location: Wesson Campus - Wesson, MS 39191Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: Master's DegreeTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: Mon-Thu 8:00-3:00 & Fri 8:00-12:00Job Category: FacultySUMMARY: The academic classroom instructor has the responsibility to deliver quality instruction through classes as assigned, to advise students in preparation for graduation and/or credential attainment, to follow policies and procedures as established by the college, and to support college programs and activities. The academic classroom instructor reports to the appropriate Division Chairperson, Dean, or Vice President. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Makes adequate and appropriate preparation for all teaching responsibilities. 2. Utilizes a variety of instructional methods and available instructional technology to facilitate the achievement of learning outcomes for each course assigned. 3. Serves as faculty advisor for students assigned to him/her as part of the overall academic/career-tech advisement program and attends trainings to stay current with the latest advising updates/information. 4.
