As the Director , Engineering Repair Process Development you’ll provide overall direction to the engineering function through development of engineering policies and procedures consistent with organizational requirements and corporate standards. Direct engineering resources on the business unit in order to efficiently improve the processes, procedures, methods and materials used in the repair and overhaul processes while ensuring product quality is maintained and striving for quality improvements.
