Storable is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist . The Implementation team is responsible for successfully creating websites for operators in the self-storage industry. These websites are designed to attract more leads, convert tenants, and integrate seamlessly with Storable Software for real-time inventory updates, and hassle-free online move-ins and payments. The team works closely with customers to create templated websites from Storable’s proprietary website builder tool. Upon completion of this work, the customers have fully functioning marketing websites for their storage facilities. What you will do every day: - Manage up to 20+ new clients each month. - Set up website basics (URLs, redirects, homepages, facility pages, navigation layout, image, and logo incorporation) using templated sections and widgets. - Setup hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificates. - Incorporate third-party tools and individual client social media links into the website platform. - Set up Google Analytics using Google Tag Manager. - Be a resource for customer inquiries during the implementation process. - Manage customer expectations.
