Title: RN II (CCCA) State Role Title: RN II/Nurse Prct I/Phy Asst Hiring Range: Starting Pay $84,418 (Depending on Experience) (Shift Differential Premium) Pay Band: 4: Agency: Dept Behavioral Health/Develop: Location: Comm Ctr for Child & Adoles Agency Website: https://dbhds.virginia.gov/facilities/ccca/: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties: The Commonwealth Center for Children and Adolescents, a Children's Psychiatric Hospital, is seeking experienced nurses to fill the RN II position. CCCA offers up to a $25,000 Bonus for Registered Nurses that are new to state service and remain with the facility for 2 years. · $15,000 sign-on bonus will be awarded to new hires to state service with a one-year written agreement required. · An additional $10,000 retention bonus will be awarded to new hires. The retention bonus will be paid out one year after hire date and require a one-year written agreement. Above bouses are available to Registered Nurse that are new to DBHDS or have not worked for at least one year for Department of Behavior Health Developmental Services (DBHDS).
