Overview The Associate, Talent Solutions (People & Development) will join an established team of legal recruiters as part of Consilio’s People & Development team. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, exhibit a strong commitment to client service, and have the ability to collaborate with teammates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Associate, Talent Solutions is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, vetting, and professionally developing candidates. Responsibilities: The Associate, Talent Solutions (People & Development) is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and vetting candidates. Team members in this role are also responsible for building candidate rosters, networking in the legal community, and assisting the Client Solutions team in the fulfillment of orders. The Associate, Talent Solutions will also: - Engage in building a solid pipeline of specialized legal professionals for service work based on supply and demand signals. - Work with talent team members to validate candidate skills, experience, business acumen and professionalism, including final approval of candidates for placements. - Strategize with New Business and Client S...
