Job Description Summary The Lead Customer Operations Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end performance for assigned Engine Programs, serving as the primary point of contact for GE Internal Product Line teams to ensure seamless translation of customer needs into executable plans. This role is responsible for leading cross functional plans with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and sourcing to deliver on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost commitments. Success requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and proactive issue resolution to meet customer needs.
