Description The Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology is seeking an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation (AHFT) cardiologist to join an elite team of academic physicians as our Medical Director of Heart Transplantation. The successful candidate will have expertise in Advanced Heart Failure with a focus on Cardiac Transplantation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Medical Director of Advanced Heart Failure and work closely with our Surgical Director of Heart Transplantation. Interest and expertise in Adults with Congenital Heart Disease welcome. Non-Invasive Cardiologist with subspecialty training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation. The successful candidate will join a team of 7 Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologists in a busy academic medical center. The University of Rochester receives referrals from across a broad region of New York State with state-of-the-art advanced imaging and intensive care unit facilities.
