Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance. - Experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), with a focus on Benefit (e.g., ASC 715) or Compensation (e.g., ASC 710) accounting in a public accounting or multinational company setting.
