Job description

Lead position – Generally has more than ten years of experience and/or demonstrated job-relevant knowledge/skills. A Lead Technician has a broad knowledge of the field’s standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires no supervision. Essential Functions: - Monitors physical requirements for work completion (facilities, tools, environmental) and communicates same on an ongoing basis to his/her supervisor - Models and reinforces company policies/practices to ensure that work is performed in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values and in collaboration with other Holt functions - Achieves labor sales and utilization expectations as set by supervisor/manager to ensure team revenue targets are met - Performs job duties of a Service Supervisor during periods of his/her absence - Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions and failures - Provides quality control/assurance inspections of completed tasks - Disassembles and assembles machine components to manufacturer’s specifications through t...
