Lead Expeditor

Job description

The Lead Expeditor is responsible for driving and tracking all supplier documents, drawings, and material/equipment deliverables for contracts of the highest criticality in accordance with the contract and project schedule. Drive improvement in supplier on‑time delivery performance by prioritizing and managing outstanding supplier documents, fabrication activities, and material deliveries required to support Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and construction sequencing. This includes expediting new, missing, or returned documents from suppliers and/or Engineering, monitoring fabrication progress, and coordinating recovery actions when required. Conduct regular analysis of supplier documentation, fabrication, and delivery performance to identify risks, constraints, and poorly performing suppliers. Lead recurring expediting meetings with suppliers, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, and Project Management to provide status updates and ensure deliverables are reviewed and returned in accordance with the project schedule.
