Description Title: Customer Service Representative - Sales Department(s): Office: Reports to: Sales Manager: Job Summary: The customer service representative will be responsible for helping customers by providing product/service information, quoting, placing/scheduling orders and resolving issues. Essential job functions: - Handle customer inquiries by email, phone. - Data Entry - Quoting, placing and scheduling orders provided by large customer base - Provide information about the products and services - Resolve customer issues and concerns - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services - Manage files, update paperwork, distribute communications in a timely manner. - Maintaining and growing customer relationships. Qualifications: - Minimum Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred - Ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced office environment - Positive and professional demeanor - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Prior experience in inside sales, customer se...
