Graduate Site Reliability Engineer Our Team: We are growing our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to help move LSEG beyond traditional support and operations toward modern, automated, and reliable engineering practices. As a Graduate Site Reliability Engineer, you will join a diverse, inclusive, and supportive team that plays a key role in maintaining the availability, performance, and scalability of some of LSEG’s most critical shared services. This role is designed for graduates who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn how large‑scale systems are built and operated. You will receive hands‑on experience, mentoring, and structured learning, helping you build strong foundations in reliability engineering, cloud platforms, and observability. What You’ll Do: We are looking for graduates with a passion for learning and continuous improvement. Learn to support and maintain reliability and performance of systems using agreed Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
