About the Role: As an Onboarding Consultant, you will play a key role in helping new hotel and lodging customers get started successfully with VISIT’s platforms. Acting as the bridge between the sales process and long-term customer success, you will guide customers through onboarding, implementation, training, and go-live. This role combines customer relationship management, project coordination, and technical understanding, with a strong focus on creating a smooth and confident start for every customer. The role sits within our hotel and lodging customer segment, with a primary focus on VisBook, our all-in-one property management system that helps hotels and lodging businesses run their operations with simplicity, flexibility, and control.
