Position Summary The Private Equity Fund Tax Director is a senior tax leadership role responsible for setting and executing the tax strategy for private equity funds and related investment structures. This role provides technical leadership across fund formation, transactions, ongoing operations, and investor reporting, while serving as a strategic partner to investment, finance, legal, and operations teams. The Director ensures tax efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective oversight of internal and external tax resources. Core Responsibilities: - Leads private equity fund tax strategy and execution, balancing effective tax risk management with business objectives. Serves as the primary decision‑maker for private equity fund tax processes, including policy development, operating model design, and oversight of the tax control environment. - Provides tax leadership and advisory support across fund formation, structuring, financing, acquisitions, restructurings, and exit transactions.
