The Opportunity Idoven is looking for a Financial Controller to contribute to building a high-performance financial engine able to operate in a scale up environment. We are looking for a proactive "all-rounder" who thrives in the fast-paced, evolving companies. Your primary mission will be to cover day-to-day financial operations and establish a rigorous financial infrastructure. You will help implement new workflows and scalable, automated foundations that can support our expansion. Responsibilities: - Propose to Standardize and Implement Financial Processes: Move away from manual task management to implement sustainable, automated workflows for daily operations. - System Integration: Solve current data silos by aligning our tools to ensure a single source of truth. - Controlling: Build a clear mapping and tracking system to provide leadership with accurate, real-time reporting and traceability. - Operational Excellence: Implement robust controls to prevent human errors and manual tasks. - "Hands-on" Execution: While you have the hunger to grow, you are ready to "get into the mud" to resolve operational bottlenecks personally if needed.
