Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other required materials for client meetings - Attend client meetings, initiate follow up, and delegate tasks - Manage post meeting process, including tracking tasks to completion and working with team to ensure client experience is positive and efficient. - Enter trades, orders, and rebalances as requested - Ensure client paperwork and documentation is accurate and correct prior to submission and processing.
