(7a-7p or 7p-7a) The Intake MOT Nurse is responsible for ensuring appropriate level of patient care and to assess the needs of walk-ins and phone callers to best address their need(s). Daily duties include: - Preform Nursing Assessments for inpatient and outpatient programs. - Cross train other MOT RNs. - Participate in medical emergencies. - Conduct clinical assessments. - Medication Management. - Accurate documentation and calls. - Team leadership skills. - Crisis intervention. - Health education to patients/families.
