Job Description: Description of Role Primary day to day focus is commercial and contractual support services across all of DXC’s industries (Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer, Public sector (Including Government), Healthcare, Automotive and Banking & Insurance, Travel and Tourism, Energy), advising on technology and outsourcing deals in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and customer requirements. Provide commercial and contract drafting, review, analysis, advice and guidance on contract interpretation, understanding of the key risks and obligations of contracting and an ability to leverage the contract to be maximum advantage including elements of profit / margin optimization. Manage contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, and maintaining associated documentation and reporting to Account leads and leadership Utilize digital tools to track, report and keep management informed of the activity, status and risk profile of all deals against DXC’s contracting rules.
