Key Responsibilities: Requirements & Systems Analysis: · Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for enhancements to internal custom applications · Translate operational needs into clear functional and technical specifications · Create user stories, workflows, use cases, and system documentation · Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and aligned with business objectives IT & Development Collaboration: · Act as the primary liaison between business users and development teams · Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and support solution design · Participate in system design discussions and provide business context · Support prioritization of features, enhancements, and bug fixes System Improvements & Support: · Analyze existing system functionality and identify opportunities for optimization and automation · Support continuous improvement of internal tools used across operations, warehouse, and distribution · Assist in troubleshooting system issues and identifying root causes Testing & Imple...
