Job Description Summary: This position is responsible for basic maintenance and facility upkeep. Responsibilities include general maintenance, preventative maintenance, grounds keeping, and painting. This position also supports other facilities associates, projects, and activities based on organizational needs. The duties of this position may vary based on campus location, business needs, and/or seasonality of tasks performed. Responsibilities And Duties: 50% Maintenance General & Preventative Performs preventative maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure effective facilities operations within a healthcare environment.
