POSITION TITLE: Lead Retail Associate: DEPARTMENT: Retail: REPORTS TO: Assistant Retail Manager: FLSA STATUS: Part-Time; Non-Exempt / 25 hours per week SCOPE OF POSITION: Under the supervision of the Assistant Retail Manager, the Thrift Store Lead Retail Associate helps to plan, organize, structure, and supervise the daily operations of a Thrift Store. The position works in all aspects of daily store operations and ensures that all merchandising and sales efforts are carried out with efficiency, effectiveness, and courtesy.
