SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will serve as a trusted advisor to the hiring managers and support business objectives and business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business and operating groups Develop and update staffing priorities: Design and implement sourcing initiatives to attract and engage top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals. Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reports Proactively source and recruit top talent for open roles, while supporting inclusive hiring practices and equal employment opportunity Strategize with hiring managers on recruitment and selection plans Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources Establish employment offers: Develop talent sourcing approaches (direct recruiting, job fairs, internet recruiting) Refer team members to appropriate headquarters services (benefits, issue resolution, drug and alcohol-free program) NOTE: This position offers opportunities at both levels, Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, allowing candidates to a...
