Four Oaks is hiring a Behaviorist who is responsible to observe, diagnose, and treat individuals who exhibit persistent social and behavioral difficulties and who are referred for treatment. This position demonstrates the capacity to implement sustainable, tailor-made interventions that are sensitive to the cognitive, social, emotional and financial constraints of each client. Specific responsibilities include: Conducts initial consultations with the client, performing appropriate diagnostic assessments. Develops, implements and refines treatment plans to manage and target behaviors utilizing the identified treatment models. Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining timely, valuable and effective communications.
