As a Recovery Support Supervisor , you will supervise the Recovery Support Professionals and the Recovery Support Professional Leads assigned to the Heart of Iowa location to provide program continuity and maximize program effectiveness. Key Duties: - Ensure adequate Recovery Support Professional (RSP) coverage for the assigned residential and halfway house programs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Assign duties to (and monitor) all RSPs through monthly scheduling and reassignments as needed. Maintains on-call schedule for sickness, vacation and holiday replacements. - Interview applicants for RSP positions and make recommendations for hire; assign and train staff to provide quality care for all patients and their children, when applicable. - Act as a staff back-up for staff illness, vacations, or at any other time when appropriate coverage is not available to handle immediate need. - Participate in administrative and other st...
