Overview R&P is looking for a senior level Chief of Staff who wants to join our team. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Business Financial Management, Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We are seeking a qualified individual to provide direct support to the shipbuilding portfolio's Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role requiring sound judgement, discretion and an ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment aligned to assist the Navy in delivering new construction expeditionary and amphibious platforms.
