DINING ROOM ATTENDANT: Minnowbrook Conference Center is a 28 acre facility owned by Syracuse University with lodging for up to 56 guests. Guests are served three home cooked meals daily. The Dining Room Attendant(DRA) is responsible for serving guests in the dining room. The DRA will attend the guest during meals, take orders, deliver beverages, set up and break down buffet, set dining room for meals, clean up after meals, vacuum dining area, sweep and mop between meals. This position also assists with washing dishes and food prep with direction from the Executive Chef. In addition, this role assists with receiving merchandise and coordinates and monitors a wide variety of tasks including floating to light housekeeping and grounds, or guest services with direction from the General Manager.
