As Merchant Services Controller - Associate in the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will manage product and legal entity controller functions, collaborate with various functional groups, and contribute to key business transformation projects. This role offers an opportunity to develop strong working relationships and enhance your analytical skills in a dynamic environment. Job responsibilities: - Assist and deliver finance workstreams for strategic projects (platform migrations, product launches, billing and reporting enhancements, legal-entity simplification), including requirements, design, UAT, cutover, and implementation. - Provide detailed analysis and reporting on the financials to the business, business managers, and senior finance management - Manage the monthly and quarterly close processes for your area - Partner with the business to drive and implement robust controls and new business initiatives - Promote coordination across various support functions to ensure resolution of control and reporting issues in an accurate and timely manner - Manage or assist on projects and initiatives and represent finance key business transformation projects, as well as larger cross-busin...
