While the Learning & Development Business Partner defines program strategy, priorities, and business alignment, this role operationalizes learning initiatives through instructional design, content development, curation, modernization, and LMS execution. This position transforms defined learning needs into engaging, structured, and measurable learning solutions that drive skill development and performance outcomes.
