Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Fairborn, OH. The Facility Security Officer (FSO), as the sole assigned security focal, will support the site by conducting assigned Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements. Job Description Summary: Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action Ensures meetings are held in accordance with contractual and company standards, to include visitor control, assigning temp badges, access control and escorting when required Conducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements Assists Communication Security (COMSEC) custodian when required Protects government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures through development, implementation and...
