We are looking for a Multimedia Support Specialist to be responsible for day-to-day support for multimedia staff and systems, primarily focussing on hardware and software used for producing video and audio at the Guardian globally. The role works closely with editorial and technology teams to ensure Guardian multimedia facilities are technically reliable, operationally efficient, and ready to support fast-paced creative teams working across video, audio, and digital platforms. In this role you will…: Software and Hardware Support: - Act as a subject matter expert for a suite of multimedia applications on macOS including Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere & After Effects), REAPER, iZotope RX, Iconik and LucidLink.
