Project Manager (Land Development)

Job description

Title: Project Manager (Land Development) We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in land development to support projects from due diligence through construction and closeout. Key Highlights: Manage permitting, design, and development activities Coordinate with consultants, contractors & local agencies Support budgeting, scheduling, and site feasibility analysis Oversee construction progress and project deliverables Work on zoning, entitlements, and municipal approvals Requirements: 3–5 years of real estate/land development experience Experience with project management & site development Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) Ability to read architectural & engineering plans Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Note: This role is focused on land development (not construction/builders background)
