The Banquet Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating all banquet events to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team of banquet servers and support staff efficiently. The Banquet Captain ensures that all events are executed according to hotel standards and client expectations while maintaining high levels of service and hospitality. Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring compliance with banquet event orders (BEOs). Ensure tables, chairs, linens, table settings, buffets, and decorations are properly arranged according to event specifications. Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure timely food and drink service.
