Overview At Groups, the Member Admissions Specialist is at the center of a team of professionals whodeliver a high quality intake experience to new members. The Member Admissions Specialist isinvolved in every aspect of admitting a new member into our treatment program. By providingstructure for colleagues and members alike, the Member Admission Specialist allows everyoneto do their part in the treatment process, efficiently and respectfully. In this position, you are responsible for coordinating the member’s first experience at Groups and ensuring theexperience is efficient, responsive and respectful at every step. To do this, you will bringtogether medical professionals, counselors and other colleagues who deliver care as a team. *Remote Schedule - Monday through Friday | 9am - 5pm Eastern Time* Responsibilities: Essential Functions: ● Provide exceptional customer service and help members troubleshoot issues thataffect their treatment.● Oversee day-to-day admission operations.● Manage the admission of members and the virtual workflow, includingcheck-in/out, payment, prescriptions and drug screens; Complete an average of15 intakes per day.● Accurate and timely data entry/maintenan...
